I was in a lodge in Zambia owned by my friend Sabine Featherby (Baines River Camp) and I saw the hurricane lamps there, so when I was looking for a similar quality and couldn’t find it locally I asked her where she got them from. I made a mistake with my order and the staff were fast, efficient and extremely competent in sorting it out. (which most companies lack!) The prices were more than competitive and very affordable, especially considering the quality of the lamps.
The turnaround time from placing the order to receiving it in the East Rand was 48 hours. Absolutely brilliant! Compliments to the staff for expediting this order in a friendly and professional manner – first world service indeed!
