Description

This knife is a traditional Japanese style chef knife used for slicing poultry, fish, red meat, and vegetables. The blade is made of a very high-quality stainless steel (m390) and the handle is made of African Blackwood with an Olivewood spacer.

These knives are works of art that are functional but at the same time beautiful to look at and use. All  knives are hand crafted, using only the finest of materials.
