I came across the Livingstone signage board at the control gate on the Hoedspruit Airport road.  Did some googling and signed up as a wholesaler as we were in the process of refurbishing our lodge after the floods. 

The application was confirmed immediately and within half an hour the sales manager phoned to welcome us as a client.  So impressive!!  Since then, I have not once been disappointed in the service we have received from the very professional and friendly staff. 

Our order ended up being rather large and it was delivered timeously.  The quality of the products they stock are good and a huge variety.  They also give you good advice and alternative suggestions.  Would and do highly recommend to everyone!

I was in a lodge in Zambia owned by my friend Sabine Featherby (Baines River Camp) and I saw the hurricane lamps there, so when I was looking for a similar quality and couldn’t find it locally, I asked her where she got them from. 

I made a mistake with my order, and the staff were fast, efficient and extremely competent (which most companies lack!) and sorted it out in 5 minutes, all while I was driving home from a hectic day in town and so by the time I got back to the farm, it had all been sorted out, a new invoice sent and I could do the payment without having to wait and my stock will arrive soon.

I also appreciated them looking at my order, suggesting that I take a full box as it makes packaging easier and therefore less chance of breakages as the amount I ordered was the minimum I needed and one breakage would have made for shortages.  And the prices were more than competitive and very affordable, especially considering the quality of the lamps.
